When checking out, we would send a link to your phone to apply, where you fill out your information, make a small payment today, and you can choose automatic payments directly from your banking account that would be deducted every two weeks.

In-House Payment Plans

Belleza Med Spa & Clinic also offers in-house payment plans for larger purchases. Payment plans are customizable and interest-free. Any and all payments made towards in-house payment plans are non-refundable for cash value, however can be issued in the form of a gift card that can be used for checkout at any Belleza Med Spa & Clinic location. Services that are tendered for the payment plans can be adjusted at any time during the time payments are made. Services are not provided until payments are made in full. A signed form acknowledging the terms of the spa's in-house payment plan is required to be kept in your client file prior to enrollment.
